Hey There Cupcake!!!!

It's a Rocky Road, Faire Food, S'more Please, Drown in Chocolate, Frankly Scarlett, Black & Tan...those are just a few of the amazing flavors that Stevi Nicole creates for her customers. She is one of a kind!! Her designs and taste are extraordinary which we all know if hard to find in a baker! When she brings me some cupcakes it makes my entire week and they don't last more than an hour of them being at home. (I don't eat them all I swear I share with Boss lady and my husband. I Swear!) 


Who is the Baker?
I have always marched to my own drummer, which my parents must have known the day I was born. Rather than giving me a popular name like most parents in Southern California were doing, they chose "Stevi Nicole" (after the singer Stevie Nicks). I struggled as a little girl with a "boy's" name, but learned early on that being different and creative was a blessing, not a curse.
Throughout my life I have been inspired to create using my imagination and confidence. I have always had an eye for design from flower arranging and crafting to fashion and interior design.

After working for several years in the interior design industry, the opportunity arose for me to become a stay-at-home mom and in my newfound free time, I began baking for family and social events. Before long, I had put aside standard recipes and started developing my own concoctions and decorating each baking project with a different theme and unique twist. Within months my new self-taught hobby started taking hold and I was receiving requests from my daughters' preschool, family, friends and neighbors to customize cakes and cupcakes for their celebrations.

I have spent the last few years improving on my skills as a baker and cake decorator and I'm constantly reading and experimenting to ensure that I am creating the best products possible. My cakes and cupcakes have grown from my passion for creating, and I take immense pride in everything I do and I have the highest of standards for my products.

Making fresh, moist, unique cupcakes and seeing the joy in people's faces at first site, and again at first bite, is to me the greatest reward.


She is booked every weekend and still managed to maintain her amazing presence at Provence BRIDE! Come in this week to see her fabulous table display and who knows I may even share some samples with you! :)

Word has also spread about us as far as LA and Hollywood too!  We have had the fun and pleasure of providing fountains for celebrity and VIP events like the VIP Gala for the Grand Re-opening of the Griffith Observatory, the Pasadena Rose Parade VIP Float Appreciation Gala, the LA Marathon’s Mayor’s Ball honoring guests like actress Sharon Stone and Muhammad Ali’s daughter, and the President’s Super bowl Gala.  I am really proud of the fact that we were chosen over numerous LA companies to be exclusive chocolate fountain company for LASEC (Los Angeles Sports and Entertainment Commission) who arranges all the events at Staples as well as other important LA events (everything from the Oscars to political mixers to charitable events to sporting events).  We have provided service for a couple of Grammy after hours’ parties (that was so fun), picking up more business each times from the guests (various celebrity and director’s personal parties).  Disney became our client a couple of years ago too where we providing service for parties honoring Johnny Depp (who is so gorgeous and sweet), Orlando Bloom, and Keira Knightley (“Pirates” movies) as well as numerous high-end, celebrity club openings in Hollywood.  There was one opening a couple of years ago were Linkin’ Park was playing live for an intimate VIP and celebrity group.  Never seen so many gorgeous people in my life and loved the music!!
