Brooke is the owner and top designer of The Cake Shop. Native to San Diego, California, she has traveled throughout western Europe to gain knowledge of its pastries and culture. She strives to work with only the best natural and organic ingredients, some of which are grown in her own backyard. Brooke always looks forward to a new challenge with her cakes. She's been quoted, "the bigger and crazier it is.. the better". For her, making cakes isn't a job, it's a life long passion.The Cake Shop
